Ayesha Gough has studied under Oleg Stepanov since 2008, as a student of the Young Conservatorium, Griffith University and now in her 4th year of a Bachelor of Music Degree at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, where she is studying Advanced Performance.
She has given concerts in Brisbane, the Sunshine and Gold Coasts, Sydney, Tyalgum and Auckland. Ayesha has performed with the Queensland Symphony Orchestra and the Queensland Conservatorium Symphony Orchestra under conductors Edvard Tchivzhel, Nicholas Braithwaite, Dr Peter Morris and Daniel Carter. In addition to solo piano recitals, she performs in chamber music ensembles, accompanies and teaches. Recently, she was appointed assistant teacher to Oleg Stepanov, in conjunction with the Young Conservatorium Rising Stars Program, providing lessons to two of his advanced students. Ayesha has been supported by Variety, the Children’s Charity, of which she is an International Ambassador.
