Junlin Wu started his piano studies at the age of six with famous Chinese pianist Professor Qi Li at Xinghai Conservatory of Music in Guangdong, China. This study allowed him to become a professional classical musician at 12 years old. In 2015 he received a place at the Royal College of Music under Maestro Dmitri Alexeev.

While studying in the UK, Junlin successfully participated in many competitions. Junlin has also participated in masterclasses with renowned pianists Vladimir Ashkenazy, Yoheved Kaplinsky, Craig Sheppard, John Perry and Antonio Pompa Baldi. In 2019 Junlin successfully made his debut recital at the Wigmore Hall, with a concert recording. He has also performed in the Royal Albert Hall, St James’s Church Piccadilly and Cadogan Hall, and has had more than 50 chamber music performances across Europe.

After graduating at the Royal College of Music with his Artist’s diploma, Junlin has joined the Zhejiang Conservatory of Music in Hangzhou, China, as a teacher in the piano faculty and has been named a ‘Representative Artist’.
